When ordering online, shipping is added automatically at end of transaction. Orders generally ship within 24 hours.
Standard shipping charges (U.S. addresses): $4.75 for orders under $100 $9.95 for orders over $100 $14.95 for orders over $250 International orders are based on weight. Please call us for special shipping requests, such as expedited shipping.
Return Policy
Damaged or defective goods will be replaced free of charge upon return.
Returned unopened boxes and hardware will be fully credited (funds returned) less shipping.
Returnedopened boxes will be inspected. If returned complete and in a condition we deem as new, the buyer will be credited for the cost of the item less a 15% restocking fee.
No refunds will be issued for items returned that are dirty or have evidence of use.
